The Power of Information

informationStewart Brand made the statement, "On the one hand information wants to be expensive, because it's so valuable. The right information in the right place just changes your life. On the other hand, information wants to be free, because the cost of getting it out is getting lower and lower all the time."

Because I believe in the power of good information, I am an avid writer. I write articles, newsletters and blogs and distribute all of this information for free. Now, that's not to say that one day I won't write a book and charge for it, but I'll always produce and distribute information for free. Why, because I believe that being armed with information, can empower a person to make decisions.

That being said, anyone can find additional information either supporting or contradicting my information...shoot that's the case on just about any subject. What I encourage my readers to do is take in the information, let it swim around a bit, apply the common sense test, and then see if this is information that makes sense to them. As the  information I'm offering relates to dog training or dog nutrition, the real test will come when you go to apply the information. If it is comfortable for you to apply and has good results, I'm glad I was able to help. If not, well, you've lost nothing accept a great exercise in critical thinking....which I always, always encourage.
